Our Return Exchange Policy - FINAL SALE

We have a "FINAL SALE" policy, meaning that we do not return or exchange any items unless there is a damage on our end. 

Unfortunately, any item purchased at Mync Boutique or Mync Hijabs is FINAL SALE and there will be NO REFUNDS & NO EXCHANGES for this. This policy is in effect due to "hygenic reasons”.

If there is a product damage on our end, then we are happy to allow a return or an exchange. To be eligible for this, however, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return or exchange, please contact us at care@myncboutique.com.

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL Express, Canada Post, UPS or Fedex, depending on your location.

We do offer DHL Express Shipping, which normally takes up to 2–3 business days; this is the fastest service available.

The typical delivery time for customers within Canada is 1-3 business days. 

The standard shipping time frame is between 14 and 21 business days; however, you may receive your items much earlier. all orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track it every step of the way!
